It will really depend on who you plan to make your trades through, however most newer computers will do. I think the one biggest edge you can get through your investment into the technology side is running a forex bot. I personally use Forex Tracer but there’s a site at that has the top bots reviewed, one may be more suited to your needs.

you’re absolutely correct. people, in this country particularly, have a tendency to be worried about the “here and now”. they lack the vision. they don’t care about history and they don’t care about the future at a broader scale. that’s unfortunate. cause if they did, they would come to the same conclusion you and i have done. and there would be less time spent on trying to make the other party look bad and who has more power and so and so on; and more quality time spent on winning this war. this is going to be a loooooong ordeal. it won’t end in Iraq, and it shouldn’t.

Exactly. It’s the best scam ever… invent a fictitious commodity, lobby to get it regulated, then make a mint buying & selling it.

And FYI, they are now using the term “Pollution Vouchers”

And of course enviro-superstar Al Gore is set to make BIG money on it.

Because nowhere in the first 10 amendments to the Constitution is there a single right to low oil prices. The average price of oil before the election was $91. You know, before the election. Did you ask why the ACLU wasn’t filing a lawsuit against Bush that had nothing to do with Civil Rights at that time?
The average price of crude right now is $55.

Well, options are for stocks, which are contracts for 100 shares of a stock either as a put or a call.

This has to do with commodity futures, which are contracts for the commodity. So when I short a commodity contract – there is another contract out there, with someone on the other side …
