When the relative price of something rises, there will be less of that consumed. You’ve probably already noticed that consumers have reacted to the rising cost of petroleum products in precisely that way.
Icons are consumers too. The biggest of all consumers. They see something they want to collect and they grab with a fist bulging with cash and all we can do is watch the big guys on munchies.
