There are lots of ways to do this, much depends on your unique time vs money situation. Here are some quick/cheap ideas.
1) Get and read Dan Kennedy’s “No BS” series of books, especially the ones on Sales and on Marketing.
2) Contact the 3 or 5 or 10 customers who love you best. Ask them for a “sponsored referral letter” as explained in Kennedy’s books. These work very well with high income people.
3) If that doesn’t give you enough lead volume, then you’ll have to go to “cold” mailings. Write down everything that your best customers have in common. Age, income, profession, location, attitudes, how they found you, what magazines they read, where they hang out, what cars they drive, everything. Look for strong unique patterns.
Then buy a small mailing list of whatever your budget will support that matches the patterns. Mail the letters as Kennedy describes (in series).
