I’m afraid you have been misinformed. I read two newspapers every day and have not read one thing about a proposal called “Obama-Care”. Perhaps you will site your source.
With a financial mind like this, you really need to be working for the Obama administration and coming up with new & exciting ways to fleece the public. You see the opportunity in total financial meltdown, Mr. Potter.
